TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT
Subject
This Agreement governs the relationship between:
ML Informatica s.r.l., with its registered office at Via Martiri di Nassirya 18 – 23900 Lecco – Italy | VAT and tax code 02861890131 (hereinafter referred to as ML), and the user of the plugin within the CookieMan product (hereinafter also referred to as the Service, including any part thereof).
The plugin can be downloaded in various ways: directly from the CookieMan management portal at https://my.cookieman.net/, from marketplaces, or from the website at https://cookieman.net/en/cmp-features/. By using the plugin, the user expresses their intention to proceed and explicitly accepts these Terms and Conditions. ML reserves the right to change or modify these Terms without prior notice.
Disclaimer
ML makes every effort to ensure the continuous and proper functioning of the Service. However, the final outcome of the Service is influenced by many factors, some of which are beyond ML’s control. The Service is provided “as is”, and ML does not provide any warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information contained in the Service or the state in which the Service is delivered. ML shall not be held liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of contracts, data, information, income, or business relationships, even if not informed of the possibility of such damages, arising from or in connection with the use of this Service or any related services.
Support
Users with an active license are entitled to free email support. Support requests can be submitted through the engagement channels available on the website and the Service portal. ML cannot guarantee response times, which are normally within 72 hours but may increase in some cases due to a high volume of requests. Support is provided on weekdays (excluding holidays) during the hours of 09:00 – 18:00 (CET).
ML reserves the right to limit or discontinue support provided in the context of the Service.
