Instead, the customization of style, colors, texts and icons will not be modified.

Cookie self-learning
You can decide whether to activate the cookie self-learning option, which will automatically and continuously detect all the cookies present on your site that are not already cataloged. If you enable this function by clicking on Change operation from the Settings section in the main menu, you can choose to limit cookie auto-learning to the IP addresses present in the white list: enter the IP addresses to which you want to limit cookie detection. During the setup process, in the Detected IPs box, you will be able to see which cookies were detected by the IPs in the white list and which ones were blocked because they were detected by IPs not in the white list.

If CookieMan has not detected any changes compared to the previous version, that version will be republished. If you wish, you can then customize all your banner settings from the Settings section in the main menu.

Cookie
Get help from CookieMan to manage your cookies

Cookie self-learning
You can choose to enable the cookie self-learning option, where CookieMan will automatically and continuously detect all cookies on your site that have not yet been cataloged. If you enable this feature by clicking on Change operation from the Settings section in the main menu, you can limit the auto-learning of cookies to only the IP addresses in the whitelist: enter the IP addresses you want to limit cookie detection to. During the guided configuration process, in the “Detected IPs” box, you can view which cookies were detected by the IPs in the whitelist and which were blocked because they were detected by IPs not in the whitelist. Forget about scans: while navigating your site, cookies are detected and cataloged automatically thanks to CookiePedia. If a cookie is found that is not yet defined in CookiePedia, you can complete its profile on your own or ask CookieMan to do it for you. If you disable the auto-learning option, CookieMan will not detect all cookies present on your site that have not yet been cataloged. If you add cookies to your site, you will need to manually add them to the catalog.

Compare cookie texts across different languages
For cookies not linked to CookiePedia, you can use the Compare Texts feature to fill in the text fields for the Functioning and Transfer sections. Click on a cookie not linked to CookiePedia in the list, then click on Compare Texts at the top right. Select the language you want to use to compare your texts and decide what to write in your fields. Click Save to complete the operation.

How can you manage incomplete cookies?
If you have enabled the auto-learning mode, CookieMan automatically and continuously detects all the cookies present on your site that are not already listed. With this operation, it will add some cookies labeled as incomplete to the cookie list. You can decide whether to define them manually or request CookieMan to define them for you. To manually insert the cookies, click on the incomplete cookie in the list and then click on Insert manually: fill in all the required fields and click Save. You will find the cookie in the list. If you are unsure how to complete the cookie, click on the incomplete cookie in the list and then click on Request registration in CookiePedia. Click Confirm. If CookieMan accepts the request, it will define and add it to the database, keeping it always updated. You will be notified via email about the status of your request. CookieMan will not accept requests for the definition of custom cookies.

Create new cookie from scratch
With this creation method, the cookie will be disconnected from CookiePedia and, therefore, will not be updated automatically. Click on the + sign and then on New. Click on New Cookie.
